Job Summary

The Front of House Non-Service Team Member is responsible for preparing recipes, stocking and preparing stations, communicating product needs, maintaining cleanliness, accommodating guest requests, and ensuring high-quality ingredients.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares recipes according to standard procedures.
  • Stocks and prepares stations for service.
  • Communicates product needs to back-of-house (BOH) and managers-on-duty (MODs).
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of the station.
  • Accommodates guest-specific requests and modifications.
  • Sets and achieves a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less.

Requirements

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can reach and grasp overhead.
  • Can lift and carry items weighing 50+ lbs.
  • Can stand on feet for 8+ hours a day.
