Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Door Loop production Line
- Daily oversight of production line
- Ensure quality meets expectations and customer needs
- Train employees on the proper process, product quality and ensure safety
- Collaborate with other departments and production lines
- Maintain production targets
- Monitor that colors are in spec
- Fill in on the production line for call-offs
Requirements
- Full-time, entry-level production employee
- Supervisory/managerial experience preferred
Shift Schedule
Monday to Thursday: 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM EST
Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM EST
