About the role

Responsible for providing customer service at a retail store. Duties include greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, handling returns, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide initial assistance

  • Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Standing and walking for extended periods
