About the Role

This position requires frequent reaching, grasping, lifting and carrying. Some production lines also require stacking cases on pallets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and in-feed product into packaging equipment
• Inspect product and packaging
• Pack cases with finished goods cheese
• Stack cases on pallets (on some production lines)

Requirements

• A proven team player
• Ability to lift, carry, push and stack up to 45 lbs
• Experience with automation and robotics is a plus
• Ability to read to determine if packaging and labeling information is correct
• Ability to read and comprehend safety warnings and directives related to machinery and production processes
• Communicate well with people from all walks of life
• Thriving in a fast-paced work environment
• Consistent and reliable attendance to maintain adequate staffing levels and meet customer commitments

Starting wage: $22.93
90 day wage: $24.33
One year wage: $24.79
Shift differential: $1.00

Shift time: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
