Wage and Benefits

• Starting wage: $22.93 per hour
• 90-day increase: $24.33 per hour
• One-year increase: $24.79 per hour
• Shift differential: $1.00 additional per hour

Qualifications

• Proven team player
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and stack up to 45 lbs
• Experience with automation and robotics (a plus)
• Ability to read and determine if packaging and labeling information is correct
• Ability to read and comprehend safety warnings and directives related to machinery and production processes

About the Role

This position involves preparing and in-feeding product into packaging equipment, inspecting product and packaging, and packing cases with finished goods cheese. Some production lines may also involve stacking cases on pallets.

Responsibilities

Prepare and in-feed product into packaging equipment
Inspect product and packaging
Pack cases with finished goods cheese
Stack cases on pallets (on some production lines)

Requirements

Frequent reaching, grasping, lifting, and carrying
Forklift operation in the packaging area (if applicable)
