Sofive is the home of 5-a-side soccer, a new kind of soccer center. Responsibilities
- Drive program registrations and achieve key performance metrics including attendance, revenue, and retention
- Manage free trials and open houses to create outstanding first experiences for families
- Oversee day-to-day program operations, including registrations, payments, and attendance tracking
- Hire, onboard, mentor, and develop coaching staff through ongoing education and feedback
- Conduct coaching observations and provide constructive performance feedback
- Deliver Lil’ Kickers classes while setting the standard for coaching quality and engagement
- Manage equipment and uniform inventory to maintain professional standards
- Ensure a clean, welcoming, and high-energy environment during all sessions
- Support additional operational needs to ensure program success
Requirements
- Weeknight evenings required
- Weekend availability required
- Flexible schedule based on program needs
- Passion for soccer and youth development
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop coaching staff
- Customer-service mindset with strong conflict-resolution skills
- Proactive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Sales or retail experience preferred
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
Qualifications
- Passionate about youth soccer and community engagement
- Experience in youth programming or coaching
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
