Sofive is the home of 5-a-side soccer, a new kind of soccer center. With state-of-the-art indoor soccer centers across the country, we’re on a mission to make soccer more accessible, more exciting, and more community-driven than ever before. Responsibilities

  • Drive program registrations and achieve key performance metrics including attendance, revenue, and retention
  • Manage free trials and open houses to create outstanding first experiences for families
  • Oversee day-to-day program operations, including registrations, payments, and attendance tracking
  • Hire, onboard, mentor, and develop coaching staff through ongoing education and feedback
  • Conduct coaching observations and provide constructive performance feedback
  • Deliver Lil’ Kickers classes while setting the standard for coaching quality and engagement
  • Manage equipment and uniform inventory to maintain professional standards
  • Ensure a clean, welcoming, and high-energy environment during all sessions
  • Support additional operational needs to ensure program success

Requirements

  • Weeknight evenings required
  • Weekend availability required
  • Flexible schedule based on program needs
  • Passion for soccer and youth development
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop coaching staff
  • Customer-service mindset with strong conflict-resolution skills
  • Proactive, energetic, and professional attitude
  • Sales or retail experience preferred
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required

Qualifications

  • Passionate about youth soccer and community engagement
  • Experience in youth programming or coaching
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
