Kicking Coach/Offensive Skill Position

About the role

The Air Academy is seeking a dynamic and experienced coach to lead our kicking and offensive skill position teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coaching youth football and be passionate about developing young athletes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for kicking and offensive skill positions
• Coach players in fundamentals, strategy, and game preparation
• Work closely with the head coach to ensure alignment with team goals
• Attend all home and away games and practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in coaching, education, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at the youth level
• Experience with kicking and offensive skill positions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for youth development and sportsmanship
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
