What You'll Do

• Support in "running a deal" and supervising deal team members
• Represent owners/developers in complex property acquisitions and dispositions
• Work on joint ventures and development deals
• Support financing transactions
• Draft and edit transactional documents

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sophisticated transactional affordable housing experience
• Experience representing owners/developers of affordable housing
• Key roles in complex property acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, and financing transactions
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Confident drafting and editing abilities
• Commitment to excellence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay

$190K–$260K, commensurate with experience
