Associate Attorney

About the role

An established firm based in Las Vegas with over 20 years of practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join their team onsite or hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, providing legal advice and support throughout the litigation process.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and prepare for trial.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop effective case strategies.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records of case progress and documentation.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation.

Qualifications

• Holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Has an active license to practice law in Nevada.
• Has 1-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or related areas.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are essential.
• Has experience billing.

Pay

$180,000 - $200,000, contingent on experience.
