Associate Attorney

About the role

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC (RAS) is a nationally recognized, multi-state creditor’s rights law firm headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. We represent some of the largest mortgage lenders, servicers, and financial institutions in legal matters related to foreclosure, bankruptcy, and real estate litigation.

Responsibilities

• Represent creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings
• Manage a high-volume caseload independently
• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Attend hearings (virtually or in person) and communicate with courts as needed
• Maintain effective and timely communication with clients and team members
• Work collaboratively with paralegals, legal support staff, and other attorneys

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licenses to Practice Law In South Carolina
• Excellent organizational, communication, and legal writing skills
• Ability to handle a large caseload in a fast-paced legal environment
• Previous bankruptcy or foreclosure experience a plus, but not required
