Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain security systems, smart home technology, audio/video equipment, home theater systems, motorized shades, lighting controls, and Wi-Fi/networking infrastructure
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integrated home systems
• Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and client expectations

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: A/V, alarm systems, lighting, pre-wire, or shade installation
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Proficiency with low-voltage wiring and termination
• Knowledge of home automation platforms and control systems
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
