Lighting Protection Technician - Conroe, TX

The ATS Houston office is seeking a hands‑on Lightning Protection Technician to support our growing Lightning Protection group. This is a field‑focused position for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, working outdoors, and being part of a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, repairs, installations, testing, and retrofits of lightning protection systems on commercial buildings and industrial facilities.
• Work with air terminals, main conductors, down conductors, bonding connections, grounding electrodes, connectors, fittings, and other components associated with complete lightning protection systems.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Consultants, Engineers, and other field personnel.

Requirements

• Construction, electrical, roofing, mechanical, maintenance, installation, or skilled‑trade experience.
• Previous lightning protection experience is a plus.
