Role Overview
This position focuses on building and maintaining strategic customer relationships to drive customer success and revenue growth. The Sales Rep develops strong technical and emotional bonds with clients, influencing product specifications and ensuring high-quality project execution through collaboration with project management. They set and pursue business goals, manage their portfolio using CRM tools, and proactively identify new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engaging in client relationship building through regular communication and site visits.
- Influencing product specifications by collaborating with industry stakeholders and understanding system integration.
- Managing and growing a client portfolio by setting targets and nurturing key accounts.
- Monitoring sales performance, analyzing profitability, and updating CRM data.
- Preparing and submitting bids, including technical review, costing, and proposal development.
- Partnering with project management to ensure seamless project transition and execution.
- Working independently with support from leadership, actively participating in portfolio reviews and strategic planning.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in entertainment lighting and/or AV system sales with established industry relationships.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and strategic business skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to travel and work in clients' environments.
