Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve performance targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to provide feedback and support.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Schedule
