Light The Night Philadelphia
About the role
We are seeking 40 volunteers to assist with the set-up, implementation, and clean-up of the Light The Night walk in Philadelphia. This event gathers the community to celebrate, honor, and remember those touched by cancer, raising funds for lifesaving research, advocacy, and support for blood cancer patients and their families.
Schedule
Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Location
Eakins Oval/Philadelphia Museum of Art, 2600 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia, PA 19130.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event set-up prior to the walk.
- Support event implementation during the walk.
- Help with clean-up after the event concludes.

- Opening Ceremony/Walk: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Walk Start Time: 6:45 PM
- Walk Distance: 1 mile
