Light Industrial Assembler

Responsibilities

• Assemble filtration products according to production schedules, work instructions, and established procedures.
• Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet customer and company specifications.
• Safely work within manufacturing environments, including areas where fiberglass-containing products are produced, while using required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to support efficient production operations.
• Accurately record production activities and promptly communicate quality, equipment, or production concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with coworkers and participate in continuous improvement efforts to support productivity, quality, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or related experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic math, measurement, and hand tool skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and safely lift, bend, and move throughout the workday.
