Light Equipment Operator/Attendant

About the role
As a Light Equipment Operator (Bargaining Unit, Local 25), you bring a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude, operating confidently in fast-paced, physically demanding, and safety-sensitive environments. You are attentive, reliable, and customer-focused, with strong situational awareness and the ability to remain calm, responsive, and solution-oriented while supporting operations, security, and service needs.
Responsibilities
- Operates and maintains a wide range of equipment to keep parking facilities safe, accessible, and running efficiently across all conditions.
- Monitors garages and parking areas with strong attention to detail, ensuring safety, security, and compliance while identifying and addressing issues promptly.
- Delivers responsive, customer-focused support, providing timely assistance and clear communication in high-traffic environments.
- Supports facility upkeep and responds effectively to urgent and emergency situations to maintain continuity of operations.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of airport-related experience.
- Current and valid driver’s license.
- Massachusetts Hoisting License class 2A required.
