On-siteOTHR$25–$45/hrFull-time

Oklahoma Chiller is expanding in the Tulsa market and creating opportunities for technicians who are ready to take the next step in their HVAC career. If you have a strong residential service background, your experience can translate well into the commercial side of the industry.

About the role

We're looking for technicians who have built a solid foundation in residential HVAC and are ready for greater responsibility, more technical complexity, exposure to commercial equipment, and a clear path toward continued growth and leadership. You don't have to come from a heavy commercial background — we're looking for the right experience, work ethic, and desire to grow.

We are not just servicing equipment. We are building technical leaders. As Oklahoma Chiller expands across Oklahoma and into surrounding states, we are strengthening our position as a trusted partner in facility planning for critical facilities. That growth creates leadership opportunities for technicians who demonstrate ownership and professionalism. Advancement here is performance-based, not time-based.

Responsibilities

  • Service, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems
  • Work on equipment ranging from split systems to advanced chillers
  • Troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Communicate professionally with customers
  • Mentor junior technicians as you grow
  • Represent Oklahoma Chiller with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems independently
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and represent the company in the field
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Qualifications for Senior-Level Compensation

Technicians who earn toward the upper end of the pay range typically bring:

  • 5 or more years of HVAC experience
  • Experience with chillers, boilers, cooling towers, or large mechanical systems
  • HVAC Unlimited License or active pursuit of one
  • Experience leading equipment changeout or service projects
  • Desire to mentor and develop junior technicians

Benefits

  • 100 percent employer-paid health, dental, and vision coverage for employees and 50 percent for dependents/spouses
  • 401(k) with 4 percent company match
  • 3 percent annual profit-sharing retirement planning bonus
  • A take-home company vehicle
  • Company phone and laptop
  • Company-provided PPE and safety equipment + annual boot allowance
  • WEX account support for professional tool investment
  • 96 hours of paid time off plus 8 paid holidays
  • Ongoing advanced technical training and career development
  • Internal rewards programs
  • Opportunity to attend an annual Technician Appreciation hunting trip or fishing trip

Pay

  • Base Pay: $25 to $45+ per hour plus overtime
  • Total Hourly Compensation: $34 to $60 per hour, including benefits
  • Total Annual Compensation Package: $71,000 to $126,000 (overtime not included)

Values

Trust. Loyalty. Courage. Humility. Excellence. Our mission is to transform lives by inspiring and empowering employees to become all they were created to be. These values guide how we serve customers and support one another.
