About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a Lift Truck Operator Associate to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Concord, NC.

Responsibilities

• Moving and transferring materials and finished goods in a high-volume production environment.
• Effectively performing all duties as outlined in the Operations Lift Truck Operator standard work.
• Performing daily inspection of forklifts and other daily assignments.
• Supporting SAP functions as related to inventory and load management (e.g., pick list, PGI).
• Following all critical safety rules, standards of conduct, plant and company practices, procedures, and policies.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational, math, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior forklift experience, stand up and sit-down lifts (minimum 2-3 years).
• Prior experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Basic PC knowledge, including SAP, Outlook Office, and Microsoft Excel.
