Lift Truck Operator - 1st Shift Dalton Warehouse

About the role

This position operates lift trucks including Cherry Picker/OP and Forklift at the Dalton, GA facility. Reports to the Shift Manager.

Essential Duties

• Complete Lift Truck Maintenance Checklist
• Fill orders for glue
• Load and unload trucks
• Print shipping labels
• Obtain pallet/roll weight
• Print pallet/roll numbers

Additional Duties

• Operate Bindi, Fork, and Pole lift trucks
• Perform sweeping duties
• Locate coater rolls or modular pallets into location
• Perform any other tasks assigned by Supervisor

Physical Demands

While performing duties, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger/handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. Occasionally required to sit. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and color vision. Schedule

• 1st Shift; Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime is required
