Responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule all chairlift, conveyor, and other transportation equipment maintenance to ANSI B-77, Manufacturer, and PA Dept. of Labor and Industry.
- Operate vehicles and heavy equipment as needed.
- Comply with all departmental and company safety standards.
- Complete all log sheets accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Maintain, order, and inventory of all parts in the Lift Maintenance Department.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required, and ensure staff are using the proper PPE when performing work.
Requirements
- Knowledge of operation of all chairlifts, conveyors and related equipment and machines.
- Knowledge of chairlift electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of ANSI B-77 code.
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
- Work at great physical heights, in all types of weather conditions, day or night.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Includes indoor and outdoor work environments.
- Weekend and holiday availability is required as well as flexibility with the work schedule.
- During peak seasons, the schedule may require a work period of over 40 hours per week.

Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
- Viable candidates must be able to utilize ANSI rated harnesses which accommodate weight of 130lbs- 310lbs.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards for climbing and working at heights, and the ability to follow and enforce 100% tie-off requirements.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs. (e.g., tools, and equipment).
- Ability to climb and navigate steep, icy, and uneven terrain.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed.
- Ability to operate equipment, tools, and machinery safely.
- Ability to tolerate exposure to loud noise, fumes, dust, and chemicals.
