Lifestyle Show Videographer- Editor

About the role

WTEN-TV 10, in Albany NY, is seeking a full-time creative Videographer/Editor to produce engaging lifestyle content for an upcoming one-hour show.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Executive Producer/Host, Producer, and Co-host to create daily content for a live lifestyle show
• Produce live and pre-taped on-location segments and innovative sponsored client segments
• Sell and shoot daily stories, meeting tight deadlines
• Pushing the envelope while adhering to brand guidelines
• Contribute to daily content meetings (and not just wait around being told what to do)
• Ensure the show remains fresh and unique

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional videography & editing experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of lighting, camera, and audio gear
• Proven experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Open to feedback from the Executive Producer, Director of Sales, SRVP/GM and clients, while also holding your own and standing by your creative choices
• Demo reel is required. No exceptions.
