What You'll Be Doing
- Proofreading rundowns and graphics
- Preparing scripts and hand cards for on-air talent
- Managing guest logistics from lobby arrival through studio delivery
- Providing floor and production support during live broadcasts
- Cutting segments for social media
- Delivering show cuts to CTV distribution team
- Conducting editorial research
- Sourcing visual assets including b-roll and stock footage
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in broadcast, news, or lifestyle television — internships and PA credits considered
- Working knowledge of live show structure and pace
- Strong attention to detail across all production materials
- Able to perform under deadline pressure in a live environment
- Collaborative, professional demeanor with a high standard for follow-through
- Basic editing skills a plus
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least one prior role or internship in a broadcast or production environment
- Must be available to work on-site in Midtown Manhattan, Monday–Friday
Salary
$60-$70k
