About the role
Lifestyle Medicine GP (Self-Employed) | £900 per day | 30-45 Minute Appointments

- Thirty-minute appointments (as a minimum), a prevention-first clinical philosophy, a genuine multidisciplinary team under one roof, and no weekends, no out-of-hours and no home visits.
- This is a rare opportunity to join a newly launched private GP service at a well-established allied health clinic and to help shape how that service runs from day one.
Location
- Andover, Hampshire.
- Winchester is around 20 minutes away, Basingstoke approximately 30 minutes north-east and Salisbury around 30 minutes to the west.
- A multi-disciplinary allied health clinic serving 20,000 patients with over 20 years of history and a strong local reputation.
- An in-house team including chiropractors, osteopaths, podiatrists, sports therapists and a nutrition specialist, all available for direct GP referral.
- A pre-registration interest list of over 1,500 patients for the GP service, built without any external advertising.
- CQC registered early 2026, with governance and compliance infrastructure in place before the service goes live.
- 7 sessions per week, 4 hours per session, no weekends and no out-of-hours.

- Minimum 30-minute appointments: no volume targets, no conveyor-belt lists.
- Structured onboarding pathway for every patient: comprehensive blood screening, nurse-led assessment, full GP review and a 12-month health plan with scheduled follow-up.
- Active in-house referral pathways to the allied health team; holistic, preventative practice is central to the model.
- A women’s health specialism is required for this option: DFSRH or equivalent qualification welcomed.
