About the role
As a Physician in Lifestyle Medicine, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. In this role, you will provide clinical services to patients for preventing, treating, and managing chronic diseases and improving quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services to patients for preventing, treating, and managing chronic diseases and improving quality of life.
- Practice at our Intermountain Health Live Well Center - Park City, UT.
- Receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus and up to $20,000 in relocation assistance.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
- Residency training in the designated discipline.
- Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
- Lifestyle / Wellness Certification.
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one.
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
Qualifications
- Experienced Lifestyle Medicine Physicians.
- New Graduates with Wellness Certification will be considered.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $7.25 - $999.99
