Lifestyle Coordinator

About the Role

Vi at Grayhawk is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to assist and coordinate the development and execution of programs, activities, and special events promoting whole-person wellness for residents. This role involves recruiting and coordinating outside volunteers, independent contractors, and community resources, as well as providing leadership for the department in the absence of the Lifestyle Director.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of programs, activities, and special events for residents.
• Promote whole-person wellness through social, educational, recreational, and leisure activities.
• Recruit and coordinate outside volunteers, independent contractors, and community resources.
• Provide leadership for the Lifestyle department in the absence of the Lifestyle Director.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in recreation or equivalent experience in assessing, designing, and implementing activities for an active senior population is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Associate Degree is preferred.

Pay

Pay Range: USD $19.89 - USD $23.86 per hour.
