Lifestyle Coordinator
About the Role
Compensation is $50,000-$55,000. Department: Operations. Reports To: Property Manager. FLSA Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt.

The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for creating engaging resident experiences that foster a strong sense of community while supporting the day-to-day operations of the property. This role serves as the face of the community, developing meaningful relationships with residents, coordinating lifestyle programming, building partnerships with local businesses, and creating memorable events that enhance resident satisfaction and retention. In addition to resident engagement, the Lifestyle Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and leasing support to ensure an exceptional resident experience from move-in through renewal. This position requires flexibility, including occasional evenings, weekends, and travel to support resident events and company initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Resident Experience & Community Programming:
- Develop, coordinate, and execute a robust calendar of weekly, monthly, and seasonal resident programming that enhances the overall living experience.
- Program amenity spaces with recurring activities including fitness classes, wellness workshops, social gatherings, networking events, educational seminars, family programming, pet events, and other lifestyle experiences.
- Actively engage with residents before, during, and after each event. Evaluate resident participation and satisfaction to continuously improve programming.
- Prepare event budgets, coordinate vendors, and ensure events remain within budget.
- Coordinate event logistics including catering, entertainment, rentals, permits, and event setup.
- Capture photos and videos from events to showcase the property's lifestyle programming and resident experience.
- Community Outreach & Partnerships:
- Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses, restaurants, fitness studios, wellness providers, retailers, charities, and community organizations to provide exclusive resident discounts, experiences, and events.
- Lead neighborhood outreach initiatives to strengthen the property's presence within the local community and establish RHO Residential as an engaged community partner.
- Identify and coordinate cross-marketing opportunities with local vendors that benefit both residents and community partners.
- Ensure all vendors maintain current insurance certificates, licenses, and required documentation in accordance with RHO Residential's vendor compliance standards prior to performing work or participating in onsite events.
- Resident Relations:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for resident engagement initiatives and community programming.
- Continually evaluate resident interests and engagement to introduce fresh, innovative programming that maximizes amenity usage and resident participation.
- Create memorable move-in experiences and resident milestone moments that reinforce RHO Residential's hospitality-driven culture.
- Conduct follow-up communications after move-ins to ensure resident satisfaction and proactively address any questions or concerns.
- Assist with renewal conversations by highlighting resident programming, community benefits, and the overall resident experience.
- Respond to resident inquiries related to events, amenities, and lifestyle programming in a timely and service-focused manner.
- Create engaging resident communications, newsletters, event invitations, and community announcements.
- Encourage resident feedback and identify opportunities to continuously enhance the resident experience.
- Foster positive resident relationships by encouraging satisfied residents to share their experiences through Google and other apartment listing review platforms, helping strengthen the community's online reputation.
- Monitor resident sentiment and partner with on-site teams to address concerns while identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction and generate positive reviews.
- Leasing & Operational Support:
- Assist the leasing team during high-traffic periods, including conducting tours when needed.
- Support leasing and administrative functions as business needs require.
- Assist with move-in coordination and resident onboarding.
- Prepare welcome materials and move-in packages.
- Provide administrative support to both the operations and leasing teams.
- Assist with resident files, reporting, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support special property initiatives and operational projects as assigned.
- Marketing & Brand Representation:
- Serve as a brand ambassador for RHO Residential. Maintain a visible presence throughout the community and build meaningful resident relationships.
- Assist with property social media content by capturing photos and videos from events and resident experiences.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team to promote resident events, local partnerships, and community initiatives through social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and resident communications.
- Ensure all resident-facing communications align with RHO Residential branding standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, event planning, property management, customer service, marketing, or community engagement preferred.
- Experience planning and executing events is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi, CRM software, Canva, or social media platforms is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds for event setup.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for extended periods.
- Ability to assist with event setup and breakdown.
Schedule
This position requires a flexible schedule. Evening, weekend, and occasional holiday hours are expected to accommodate resident events and community programming. Travel between RHO Residential communities may also be required.
