About the role
The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the overall quality of life for residents in senior living communities. This includes organizing social events, managing resident activities, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social events and activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities of residents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of resident services.
- Maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere in all community spaces.
- Assist in the recruitment and orientation of new residents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in event planning and management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of senior living industry practices and regulations.
