About the role
The Lifestyle Ambassador at Mattamy Homes is the first point of contact for guests and prospects visiting or reaching out to the Sales/Welcome Center. This role involves providing information about community amenities, neighborhoods, and homebuilders, maintaining a professional appearance, gathering information from prospects, and supporting clerical aspects of the Sales/Welcome Center.
Responsibilities
- Provide information about community amenities, neighborhoods, and homebuilders to visitors and prospects
- Maintain a professional appearance with business casual attire
- Gather information from prospects to identify needs and provide guidance
- Support clerical aspects of the Sales/Welcome Center, record prospect information in the CRM database, and ensure inventory levels of café supplies and printed materials are maintained
- Ensure inventory levels of café supplies and all printed materials are maintained including maps and community information used to communicate with guests and prospects
- Establish strong relationships with all homebuilder sales representatives to facilitate information exchange
- Manage and maintain CRM database for internal and external reporting needs
- Establish and maintain displays and materials located in the Sales/Welcome Center to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous sales experience or some advanced schooling or training is preferred
- Business-minded professional who embraces training and applies newly gained knowledge to daily activities
- Previous CRM experience (Dynamics) is preferred
- Previous customer service or marketing experience; excellent verbal presentation skills mandatory
- Able to work productively with little direction or supervision
- Able to maintain an upbeat and personable attitude
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer relations skills; strong verbal/written communication skills
- Accurate database entry and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including the ability to work early evenings, weekends, and holidays according to sales center hours
