Wellness Brand Ambassador

Icebox Cryotherapy Studios is an upscale athletic and therapeutic spa specializing in innovative cold therapies. We work with clients who are looking for athletic wellness/recovery, natural pain management, and skin health.

About the role

We are looking for high-energy Brand Ambassadors to lead the "Icebox Experience" by assisting with client reception, introducing guests to our innovative therapies, and driving revenue through package and product education. This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule that allows for a great work-life balance. The studio is open 6 days a week but closed on major holidays, with shifts ranging from 4-8 hours in length.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an overall premium customer service experience from check-in to check-out.
• Promote and educate clients on company products, services, and membership benefits.
• Create lasting relationships with clients to further personalize their wellness journey.
• Anticipate client needs to ensure a high-quality, seamless experience.
• Answer customer queries and recommend specific services or packages tailored to guest goals.
• Work with potential guests to introduce them to the benefits of Icebox (lead generation).
• Collaborate with team members and visiting staff to ensure the "Icebox Experience" is perfect.
• Maintain the cleanliness and high-end aesthetic of the studio.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience (required).
• Weekend availability (required).
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
