Lifeguarding Instructor

Job Description

Lifeguarding Instructors teach valuable lifesaving skills while maintaining a safe learning environment. Lifeguarding Instructors will teach in accordance with the American Red Cross basic-level Lifeguarding standards and ensure the competency of each participant.

• Arrive on time, prepared with the predetermined lesson plan.
• Explain, demonstrate, and provide feedback while each participant practices water rescues and skills to proficiency.
• Keeps attendance and records of completion for participants.
