About the role

Lifeguards are seasonal and are scheduled depending on operational needs. You’ll be on the front line of guest safety and fun, helping create a safe, exciting, and memorable water park experience. By actively monitoring attractions, responding quickly to emergencies, and engaging positively with guests, you play a critical role in keeping everyone safe while they enjoy their day.

Responsibilities

• Monitor wave pools and water slides to ensure guest safety
• Load slide tubes and assist guests as needed
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies
• Engage positively with guests to enhance their experience
• Maintain strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older
• Friendly, outgoing individuals with a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in stressful or emergency situations
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to swim 50 yards and lift yourself out of the pool unassisted
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
