About The Role

The Lifeguard will provide members and guests the highest level of safety through excellent guarding of the pool and enforcement of pool rules and regulations. Responsibilities include greeting and properly registering members and guests at the pool.

Responsibilities

• Provide vigilant and professional lifeguarding to ensure guest safety.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations consistently.
• Greet and register members and guests at the pool.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Good personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform duties to Four Seasons Standards.
• Outgoing personality with a can-do approach to tasks.
