Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly pool environment for all members.
- Monitor swimmers, prevent accidents, and respond quickly to emergencies.
- Promote a positive atmosphere for families and guests.
Requirements
- Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.
- CPR/AED certification.
- Ability to swim 50 yards continuously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
