About the role
The role involves leading a team of lifeguards, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and managing daily operations at the aquatic facility.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of lifeguards
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed
- Manage daily operations including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and emergency response
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- First Aid and CPR certifications
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Experience with aquatic facilities management
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of aquatic safety regulations
