What You’ll Accomplish

• Learning the emergency action plan and how to employ it
• Performing lifesaving duties when needed
• Keeping the facilities clean and organized
• Communicating pool rules effectively and politely
• Aiding with opening and closing procedures as needed
• Participating in scheduled aquatics meetings

What We’re Looking For

• CPR certification is required
• Strong swimming skills with the ability to pass a swim test
• Energy, a great attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as scheduled

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Driving requirement: Must hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits
• Physical requirements may include: Mobility, lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, extended sitting or standing, and manual dexterity
