They are responsible for facilitating the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water. They will uphold the Aqua-Tots Core Values in every interaction, whether with children, parents or staff members.

Responsibilities

- Maintain a safe pool environment - Ensure the safety of all swimmers - Communicate effectively with all staff and members - Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome - Report to manager if complaints are unresolved - Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction

Requirements

- Must have an American Red Cross Lifeguard Certificate - Fun - Friendly - Reliable - Energetic - Outgoing - Great team players - Lifeguard Certification (Required)

- 4 hour shift - After school - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed

Pay

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
