Responsibilities
- Monitor pool area for swimmers and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Provide swim lessons to children and adults.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
- Communicate effectively with pool patrons and staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid lifeguard certification.
- Ability to swim proficiently.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children and adults.
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid.
- Passing a background check.
Skills
