About the role
Wyze is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement and loyalty through a seamless, integrated customer journey. This role involves owning and enhancing automated lifecycle flows in Klaviyo, designing unified experiences across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging, and collaborating with merchandising and operations teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own high-impact lifecycle flows including welcome, onboarding, post-purchase, cross-sell, winback, subscription upgrade, and churn saves.
- Design, build, launch, and continuously improve lifecycle programs that guide customers from first purchase through multi-camera ownership and subscription adoption.
- Run a steady cadence of A/B tests within key flows to optimize performance and implement winning strategies.
- Execute end-to-end campaign and flow builds across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels, ensuring alignment with BI and Services PMs.
- Partner with BI and Services PMs to align lifecycle journeys with subscription funnels, product launches, and roadmap priorities.
- Collaborate with merchandising and operations partners to ensure the onsite experience and lifecycle programs feel cohesive for customers.
- Inherit and stabilize existing Klaviyo setups, then improve them to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Measure, communicate, and iterate on performance against clear metrics, synthesizing learnings and communicating results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing or a strong foundation from an internship or entry-level role with hands-on platform experience.
- Klaviyo experience strongly preferred; familiarity with Braze, Iterable, or similar tools is also relevant.
- Comfort working with data to inform decisions, including reading segment definitions, understanding key metrics, interpreting experiment results, and forming a clear point of view on next steps.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write clear, on-brand copy for various campaigns and generate and test multiple variants.
- Highly organized and self-directed, managing multiple active programs, experiments, and stakeholder requests without dropping the ball.
- Genuine curiosity about the customer, thinking about why people buy, what makes them stay, and what might make them leave, and using that to shape journeys.
- Demonstrated interest in AI tools and how they can improve the way you work, whether through tools you already use or experiments you've run on your own.
- An ownership mindset, comfortable owning a problem space, proposing tests, and iterating with your partners.
