Our goal is to shift advertising towards a more trustworthy industry by producing beautiful, honest, and high-performing ads, while creating a healthier and more transparent environment for our people. About the roleWe're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own email and SMS for our clients, from monthly planning and copywriting to building campaigns, managing automated flows, and reporting on results. You'll work directly with clients and our growth and creative teams to turn product launches, seasonal moments, and customer behavior into communications that drive purchases and keep customers coming back. This is a hands-on role. You'll be responsible for the calendar and the work that gets it out the door: writing copy, building segments, checking links and offers, testing emails, and scheduling sends. You'll also own the ongoing improvement of lifecycle flows, using performance data and experiments to decide what to change next. We're a small, growing team. Your responsibilities will grow and change with the company and you'll have an enormous impact on the business. Primary responsibilities:Own monthly email and SMS planning with clients. Build and maintain marketing calendars covering product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and lifecycle priorities.Lead regular client meetings to review results, agree on upcoming work, and resolve gaps in offers, inventory, assets, or approvals before they affect the send schedule.Develop campaign concepts and recommend offers, product bundles, and A/B tests. Keep campaign content aligned with the approved offer when plans change.Run a testing roadmap across messaging, offers, segmentation, cadence, and flows. Document results and use them to improve future campaigns.Maintain list health, consent, suppression rules, and email and SMS sending practices. Flag access, data, or integration issues early and work with the right team to resolve them.Document workflows and build repeatable planning, briefing, QA, and reporting processes. About you:You have 4+ years of hands-on experience in email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing, with experience supporting e-commerce brands. You're comfortable owning both strategy and execution. You've built campaigns and automated flows yourself, not just handed off briefs. You have hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email and SMS platform, and you're comfortable working with Shopify, customer data, segments, and event-based triggers. You're a strong copywriter who can make product details and promotions clear, useful, and true to a brand's voice. You understand how campaigns and automated flows work together to support conversion, repeat purchases, and retention. You know how to interpret performance data, design useful A/B tests, and distinguish a promising result from one that needs more evidence. You're organized and detail-oriented. You catch the wrong link, mismatched discount, missing exclusion, or out-of-stock product before a message goes out. You're proactive about getting the information and approvals you need, and you communicate clearly when a dependency puts a deadline at risk. You're an excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable presenting recommendations and results directly to clients.Bonus: Experience in an agency environment or managing localized email and SMS programs across multiple markets.
