Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Manage email, social media, and other digital marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and tactics.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Qualifications
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
