About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for targeted marketing efforts.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools and make adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and tactics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Google Analytics.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with social media marketing and digital advertising.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation.
