About the role
Growth Marketing Team focuses on driving all new revenue for CookUnity's business. Our goal is to grow as fast as possible while maintaining a high level of efficiency. We are a test and learn team that rewards contrarian marketers.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Ship campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app with a high degree of craft and operational precision — managing briefs, builds, QA, and deployment end-to-end in Braze.
- AI / ownership: Own AI adoption for the lifecycle marketing team — implementing AI workflows across campaign execution and agentic automation to help us experiment, test, and scale faster.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Build and continuously refine a behavioral segmentation framework tied to lifecycle stage, order cadence, churn risk, and engagement signals — turning data into messaging that feels personal and converts.
- Testing & Optimization: Run a disciplined test-and-learn roadmap — A/B and multivariate across subject lines, offers, send timing, cadence, and journey logic — with stat sig as a non-negotiable bar and a bias toward compounding learnings over one-off wins.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with data, product, portfolio, and brand to align on subscriber experience, pull behavioral insights, and coordinate on anything that touches the active base.
- Reporting & Analytics: Own your numbers — track churn rate, order frequency, campaign performance, and LTV cohorts weekly, bring clear deltas to CRM reviews, and proactively flag what's working and what needs to change.

- Action-oriented, proactive, and high-energy approach to driving change within the organization.
Preferred Requirements
- Deep understanding of subscription-based business models and strategies.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead role within email marketing or CRM.
