About the role
The Life Skills Educator is responsible for designing and delivering educational programs that enhance personal development and life skills among community members.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational workshops focusing on topics such as financial literacy, stress management, and goal setting.
- Collaborate with community partners to identify needs and tailor educational programs accordingly.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and assessment tools.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for program evaluations and reporting.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in education, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in educational settings or community service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with grant writing and fundraising.
- Knowledge of local community resources and services.
