About the role

The Life Skills Educator is responsible for designing and delivering educational programs that enhance personal development and life skills among community members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational workshops focusing on topics such as financial literacy, stress management, and goal setting.
  • Collaborate with community partners to identify needs and tailor educational programs accordingly.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and assessment tools.
  • Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for program evaluations and reporting.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in education, social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in educational settings or community service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with grant writing and fundraising.
  • Knowledge of local community resources and services.
