Life Sharing Program Development and Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development, implementation, expansion, and ongoing oversight of Life Sharing programs for Milestone Centers, Inc and Medically Complex Conditions Life Sharing programs for Citizen Care, Inc.
• Facilitates the programmatic bridge between Milestone and Citizen Care, by ensuring consistent standards, staff competency, provider support, referral growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance across traditional and biological Life Sharing models, including licensed and unlicensed homes, while respecting the distinct missions and operating models of each entity.

Position Specific Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and expand Life Sharing services across both agencies
• Partner with executive leadership on referrals, placement readiness, and capacity planning
• Support cross-agency coordination and appropriate case transitions
• Design and implement cross-agency Life Sharing training programs
• Facilitate staff development, mentorship, and train-the-trainer models
• Provide coaching and corrective guidance to staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university
• 10 years of experience in Pennsylvania Life Sharing, including licensed, unlicensed, and biological family Life Sharing programs
• 5 years of supervision experience for independent contractors and employees
• Demonstrated leadership, training, and compliance oversight experience
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania ODP regulations
• Valid PA, Ohio, WV Driver’s License Act 33, 34 and FBI Clearances, as needed
