About the role

Requirements

- At least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute activities that engage and benefit residents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, staff, and families.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to senior living environments.
