Our MedTech Consulting team works with clients globally to redefine the future of the Life Sciences industry by combining the latest technology with scientific breakthroughs.

Responsibilities

  • Leading diverse, global Accenture teams to deliver project work effectively in MedTech and supply chain leveraging AI through setting strategy, coaching and driving engagement
  • Leading workstreams on complex transformation programs or lead full engagements for smaller strategic projects
  • Bringing effective communications to manage senior level client relationships and deliver with excellence
  • Effectively managing networked consulting organization to influence diverse stakeholders to help support world-class delivery across technology, management consulting, and Data/AI teams and skillsets
  • Selling opportunities to existing and new clients
  • Developing offerings and assets focused on industry focus areas – field inventory management and visibility, software defined factories, demand driven planning

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in life sciences management consulting or in industry in at least one of the following areas: supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or related areas such as CMOs, health technology companies, etc.
  • Experience leading consulting projects or internal consulting in industry in project-based work beyond operational roles

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Deep understanding of MedTech manufacturing and supply
  • Experience working with and/or leading teams, clients and vendors using exceptional team building, mentoring, people development and management skills
  • Excellent client-facing communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills

  • Technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge
  • Deep industry expertise in MedTech and supply chain

Benefits

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

Pay

Schedule

Travel - candidates must be willing to travel up to 75% to client locations
