• 2+ years of relevant experience in life sciences, healthcare, or FDA-regulated industries
• Provide legal support and advice regarding a wide range of clinical, regulatory, and licensing matters
• Prior experience working in the legal department of a major life sciences company or for a sophisticated law firm
• Excellent academic credentials
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
• Outstanding references

About The Role

Latitude is seeking a life sciences attorney for an exciting in-house counsel role with one of its publicly traded company clients. Applicants must have 2+ years of legal experience working on complex pharmaceutical R&D agreements, including but not limited to master services agreements, licenses, supply agreements, development and manufacturing agreements, and collaborative research agreements.

• Compensation: The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
