About the role
Cincinnati Life Insurance Company is seeking a Life Field Sales Representative for the New England territory. Candidates should reside within this area. This role focuses on growing life insurance premiums, serving as the primary contact for agencies, and promoting Cincinnati Life’s products and services.
Responsibilities
- Grow life insurance premiums in assigned territory
- Serve as the primary Cincinnati Life contact for agencies in your assigned territory
- Act as the subject matter expert in all areas of life insurance products and services
- Promote life insurance products and services in your territory
- Develop, maintain, and grow productive business relationships
- Assist agencies with marketing of Cincinnati's products and services
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a solid knowledge of Cincinnati Life's products and services
- Proactive work ethic and capacity to work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to establish excellent working relations with headquarters associates, field associates, and agency personnel
- Strong time management skills
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Attentiveness to detail and good organizational skills

- Bachelor’s degree
Pay
The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 annually, based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
