LIFE Enrollment Coordinator - York

About the role

The LIFE Enrollment Coordinator plays a crucial role in Senior LIFE's mission to empower older adults to remain at home while preserving their dignity, independence, and quality of life. This position is responsible for identifying and enrolling eligible consumers into the LIFE program through various outreach methods.

Responsibilities

• Educate the public, community partners, and referral sources about the LIFE program
• Organize community outreach and promotional activities
• Cultivate new relationship opportunities to support enrollment growth

Requirements

• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and organizational skills
• Possess the ability to work effectively within a diverse population
• Goal-driven with a competitive edge
• Established healthcare contacts and networking skills
• Ability to use appropriate sales and marketing techniques to reach diverse social and ethnic groups
• Experience tracking and trending leads and sales activity
• Knowledge and/or experience with the senior care market, including competitors, regulations, and available resources
• Local travel required (mileage reimbursed)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a customer service or sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
